Microsoft Fabric Architect/Lead
Responsabilidades
Solution Architecture:
- Design end-to-end Microsoft Fabric solutions: data lakehouses, real-time analytics, predictive Al, semantic models
- Architect modern data platforms that unify disparate sources: ERP, CRM, IOT, operational databases, third-party APIs
- Lead technical discovery with C-suite executives, translating business objectives into scalable Fabric implementations
- Create solution blueprints for key verticals: retail analytics, financial reporting, supply chain intelligence, customer 360.
Practice Leadership:
- Build and lead a team of 2-5+ analytics professionals (data engineers, analytics engineers, BI developers)
- Establish delivery methodologies, best practices, and quality standards
- Develop reusable accelerators and industry-specific templates that reduce timeto-value
- Drive team certification roadmap and continuous learning culture.
Business Development:
- Partner with sales to qualify opportunities, scope projects, and estimate effort
- Present technical vision and proof-of-concepts to prospective clients
- Represent ARPA at Microsoft events, industry conferences, and technical forums
- Build case studies and thought leadership content demonstrating Fabric expertise
Microsoft Partnership:
- Achieve Microsoft Solutions Partner status (Data & Al - Azure) with ARPA
- Collaborate with Microsoft to access co-sell opportunities and enterprise pipelines
- Stay ahead of Fabric roadmap and evangelize new capabilities (Al Skills, Data Activator, Mirroring, etc.)
Innovation & R&D:
- Experiment with emerging Fabric features and Al integrations.
- Develop IP and proprietary accelerators that differentiate ARPA in the market
- Identify new analytics Use cases: predictive maintenance, churn prediction, demand forecasting, fraud detection
Perfil
Technical Excellence:
- 5+ years in enterprise data & analytics, with 2+ years hands-on Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Databricks
- Expert knowledge of: OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Power BI, Real-Time Analytics (KQL), Notebooks (Spark/Python)
- Deep understanding of lakehouse architecture, medallion patterns, dimensional modeling
- Experience with Al/ML integration: Azure OpenAI, ML models, predictive analytics
Proven Leadership:
- Track record building or scaling analytics practices (consulting, ISV, or enterprise)
- Experience managing technical teams and mentoring junior to mid-level engineers
- Ability to present to C-level executives and influence technical strategy
Microsoft Ecosystem:
- Active certifications: DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer), DP-700 (Fabric Data Engineer), or equivalent
- Understanding of broader Azure ecosystem: Data Lake, Synapse, Machine Learning, Purview
- Familiarity with Power Platform is a plus but not required
Business Acumen:
- Comfortable with P&L discussions, practice profitability, and resource planning
- Experience estimating complex projects and managing client expectations
- Understanding of consulting business models and value-based selling
Languages:
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
